Lorraine Campbell spent her entire career with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive where she was Regional Manager with responsibility for the management, maintenance and improvement of over 36,000 homes.
Throughout her career she championed customer service and tenant participation.
As District Manager, she set up Housing Executive's first customer panel and her office was one of the first to achieve Charter Mark. Subsequently, as Assistant Director, she developed a strategy which delivered Charter Mark and later Customer Service Excellence accreditation for all local offices.
She was a member of the team which used the EFQM excellence model to deliver business improvement which resulted in the Housing Executive achieving the UK Excellence Award.
Lorraine is the current chair of Supporting Communities Northern Ireland , she is a mentor with the Tomorrow’s Leaders Programme and participates in Business in the Community's Time to Read scheme.
