MACs

Stella Maris is a residential project managed by Depaul, a cross border charity supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Stella Maris has 19 bedrooms and accommodates up to 23 individuals, male and female, who are homeless.

Cloverhill

Cloverhill is a family service based in West Belfast which offers 18 self-contained apartments with their own bathroom, living/dining room and separate kitchen. Praxis Care, registered as a charity in 1983, is a major provider of services for adults and children with a learning disability, mental ill health, acquired brain injury and for older people, including people with dementia. Chisholm House

Chisholm House provides support and care to seventeen adults experiencing mental health problems, in twelve individual rooms and with six tenants living in the community. Calder Fountain

Calder Fountain aims to provide a place of safety for single males (aged 18+) experiencing homelessness. Offering a person centred, inclusive, holistic approach based on The Salvation Army values (boldness, integrity, compassion, passion and respect). The scheme currently provides 12 one bedroom self-catering units, which forms a resettlement programme to single males.

Glen Alva

Glen Alva is a scheme that consists of 20 Units. The project staff provides a full team approach in relation to person-centered active support for each family on a daily basis. Simon Community

Simon Community was estalished in 1971 in response to a homelessness crisis in Belfast; Simon Community has grown to become Northern Ireland’s leading homelessness charity and service provider. From a beginning of just one house, two full time staff and a few volunteers in Belfast, Simon Community NI now helps over 3000 people every year across 22 projects throughout Northern Ireland with a staff count of 300 and 50 volunteers.

Belfast Foyer

The Belfast Foyer is a Homeless Hostel for young people aged 18 – 21. The Foyer can accommodate 32 young people in single bedsits with their own ensuite bathroom. The aim of the Belfast Foyer is to support young people to move to a place they can call home, with the skills to live independently in the community.

Threshold

Threshold has entered its third decade of existence in Northern Ireland and has emerged as a key provider of specialisttherapeutic services for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly who suffer from mental health problems.
