Fold Secures Customer Service Excellence Award

Fold is celebrating its success at achieving the CSE Award for the third successive year.Fold continues to be driven by its customer focus approach, which is testament to the Association's improvement on the previous year's position.

Fold has maintained the award of eight compliance pluses and has reduced the partial compliances to a new low level which is an excellent result for an organisation as large as Fold.

The Assessor visited a number of Fold's specialist housing schemes and services including sheltered accommodation.The enthusiasm and caring ethos of our staff was once again clearly evident in the assessment report with the remark that our staff frequently go beyond the call of duty.
