Fold - Housing Awards Finalist

Fold Housing Association is delighted to be shortlisted in several categories in the prestigious Housing Awards 2015.

Organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing, the professional body for housing, the Awards bring together the best practice in housing in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.They are sponsored by the Housing Executive.

John McLean, Chief Executive, Fold said, ''We are thrilled to be shortlisted finalists in the CIH Housing Awards. It is recognition of the dedicated teams and individuals who deliver the high quality housing, care and support our customers and clients have come to expect from Fold.''

Fold have been Shortlisted Finalist for four out of nine Awards categories :

More than Bricks and Mortar “ highlighting the work Fold do beyond building homes
Raising Standards -six Sigma Performance Improvement.
Rising Star “ Housing Officer, Megan McGlinchey, and
Best Housing Story “ Marie Bradley, Neilsbrook Fold , Randalstown.

The Best Housing Story Award is open for public vote, so please have a look at the amazing stories from housing and vote for our colleague Marie Bradley. Maries dedication alerted her to spot that something was amiss and led to life saving treatment for one of her tenants. Votes must be made by 13 Feb (one vote per person)

We've just got news that Eileen Patterson, Fold's Director of Housing, has been shortlisted for the Housing Professional of the Year Award

Winners will be announced a special Awards Presentation evening to be held at Belfast City Hall on 27 February 2015.
