We recognise that good tenant involvement can bring benefits not only to Radius but also our tenants. This ensures that we develop policies and services that meet the needs and aspirations of our tenants and residents creating genuine opportunities to influence decisions and increase levels of satisfaction.
Improving the culture and practice of engaging tenants and residents across housing services;
Communicate and consult effectively with tenants and residents in a way that suits them on issues they care about;
Measure the effectiveness on how we consult and communicate with our tenants and residents.
There are various options for tenants and residents to get involved in shaping and improving the service they receive from Fold.
These Panels are split into a General Family & Singles Panel and Sheltered Panel. They meet twice a year with Area Housing Managers to discuss the delivery of services to tenants and residents.
Tenants and residents meet quarterly with Fold’s Property Services Team to discuss performance and share ideas on how to improve the service they receive.
This Panel is for tenants and residents, who live in independent living accommodation for over 55s, to discuss the grounds maintenance contract for communal gardens. This Panel meets on a quarterly basis.
This group reviews all tenant communications as and when required, The group is currently reviewing the Tenant Handbook.
This Panel is for tenants and residents who would like to get involved in any of the above groups but are unable to travel to meeting. They are kept up-to-date with correspondence and have the opportunity to have comments/views raised on their behalf during meetings.
