For group entries (for example, schools and Radius schemes), please complete the entry form using the school or scheme name.

Each participant can grow as many sunflowers from seed as they wish. You can share your sunflower's growth journey with us by emailing your photos to communications@radiushousing.org and we can share your progress snaps on our Sow & Grow Pinterest board.

Sponsorship Money

As part of this challenge, participants are encouraged to seek sponsorship for their sunflower(s) and record all donations* on their Sponsorship Form, which is also available to download on this page.

You can donate your sponsorship money directly to Air Ambulance NI via the Radius Housing JustGiving Page.

When adding your donation to the JustGiving page, please mark it as 'Sow & Grow Sunflower Challenge' – and your name as this will enable us to categorise all donations correctly.

To Make Donations Offline

For schools, Radius schemes and individual entries, if you would prefer to donate money using an offline method, contact communications@radiushousing.org with your details. We will get in touch with you to organise a suitable collection method.

Alternatively, please phone 0330 123 0888.

Submit Your Sunflower Photos

The Sunflower Challenge ends on Friday 15th September 2023.

Photographs of sunflower entries, clearly showing the measurement of either the height of the sunflower or the width of the seed head, should then be sent to communications@radiushousing.org for judging. Details of how to measure the height and width are contained within your leaflet or alternatively, you can download via this page.

All sunflower photographs and measurements must be received by 5 pm on Friday 29th September 2023. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for judging.

Winners will be notified by Radius Housing by Friday 10th November 2023.
