Closure of Statutory House Sales Scheme
The Statutory House Sales Scheme, operated by Radius, closed on 27th August 2022. This was a result of the Housing (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2020, passed by the Northern Ireland Assembly on 30th June 2020 and given Royal Assent on 28th August 2020.
To be clear, it is no longer possible to apply to purchase your home.
Where a valid application was received prior to midnight on 27th August 2022, the application will be processed. No further applications will be considered.
