Extensive refurbishment of an existing supported housing scheme, run by Simon Community to provide temporary youth homeless accommodation for 18–25-year-olds.
Works include the conversion of 43 no. bedsits into 8 no. 4-person, 4-bedroom apartments with a shared living/kitchen/dining area in each and 1no. 1-person, 1-bedroom unit priding accommodation for up to 33no. people.
Works onsite began in March 2025 and are due to complete in October 2027.
