The Radius Community Awards are a chance for tenants and residents to celebrate the people and positive things that make our communities such special places to live.
Do you know of a tenant/resident or group of individuals living who always goes the extra mile?
Maybe there’s a group of tenants /residents in your community that deserves recognition for all their hard work organising events or a gardening group out in the gardens creating a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.

Best Kept Garden Awards
• Best Kept Communal Garden
• Best Kept Communal Urban Garden
• Best Kept Individual Garden within a scheme or general garden
• Best Kept Sustainable/Biodiverse Garden area
• Best Kept Hanging Baskets/Planters
Good Neighbour Award
Awarded to an individual living within a Radius community that makes a difference where they live through their contributions, commitment, support they offer and or acts of kindness to others.
Positive Impact Award
Awarded to a group of individuals living within a Radius Community who have made a positive difference working together to contribute to a better community for all.
Getting involved is simple
You can nominate a neighbour or a group living in a Radius Community by speaking with your scheme coordinator, housing officer or by using the links below to fill out our online nomination form.
This year, we are bringing the Community Awards to you!
Following the positive feedback of our Tenant Engagment Road Shows, we are shaking things up by going on the road over the summer with the Radius Community Awards.
Each scheme that submits a nomination will receive a special visit from either a member of staff, Radius Board or a Tenant Executive Committee member who will acknowledge the fantastic contributions made by tenants and residents living within Radius communities.
