Extensive refurbishment of an existing supported housing scheme, run by the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust for the frail elderly.
To include the conversion of 40 bedsits with communal eating facilities into 30 1 Person 1 Bed self contained apartments with kitchen and living space and shared communal seating areas.
Works onsite began in March 2025 and are due to complete late 2026.
