Radius Housing has completed the latest phase of its flagship Lagmore development, marking a milestone in a long-term investment that has provided social housing for families across West Belfast.

The latest phase, comprising 43 new homes, was officially unveiled by lord mayor of Belfast, councillor Róis-Máire Donnelly at an event held at Lagmore. The latest phase of Lagmore was completed in March 2026 at a cost of £8.6m, bringing the total investment in the Lagmore development to approximately £26m.

Delivered in partnership with Toland House Properties, the six-phase development has transformed the area through the creation of a vibrant, mixed community centred around a landscaped green space designed to encourage recreation, play and community interaction.

Across the six phases, Radius Housing has delivered 154 new social homes, comprising 120 general needs houses, 26 general needs apartments, and eight wheelchair-accessible houses and bungalows.

The latest completion represents another step in Radius Housing's long-standing commitment to increasing the supply of modern, energy-efficient homes in communities experiencing sustained housing demand.
