The winning project, Ross Street Mews, designed by Studiorogers Architects, is a housing-led regeneration initiative that has reimagined a once underutilised site into a vibrant, sustainable neighbourhood. The development delivered 24 high-quality, energy-efficient homes, carefully designed to prioritise placemaking, community benefit, and long-term sustainability. Ross Street Mews development is more than just bricks and mortar and is a testament to how thoughtful design and strong partnerships can create lasting value for residents and the wider community. This national recognition underscores Radius’ unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional developments that not only meet housing needs but also foster inclusive, thriving communities.
