On Tuesday 30 June, colleagues from across the organisation came together to celebrate a year of outstanding achievement at our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Staff Awards.
The event provided a welcome opportunity to reflect on the dedication, hard work and professionalism demonstrated by teams and individuals throughout the past year. It was a fantastic afternoon of recognition, celebration and appreciation for the people who make a meaningful difference every day.
Our Annual Staff Awards are a highlight in the calendar, shining a spotlight on colleagues who consistently go above and beyond in delivering the high standards of service we strive for. The awards recognise those who demonstrate exceptional commitment, support their colleagues, and positively impact the lives of our tenants.
This year saw an impressive number of nominations, reflecting the depth of talent and dedication across the organisation. All nominated staff were invited to attend the event, alongside members of the Board, creating a shared moment to celebrate success across all levels.
As always, winners were nominated by their peers, making each award especially meaningful. This peer recognition highlights the strong sense of teamwork and mutual respect that underpins our organisation.
