The Radius Foundation, the charitable arm of Radius Housing, celebrated a major milestone with its formal launch at a prestigious Gala Dinner, raising a spectacular £53,960.

Hosted by comedian Tim McGarry at the Culloden Hotel, the event brought together contractors, professional services partners, and suppliers, underscoring the strong network of support behind Radius Foundations mission.

Established to enhance the wellbeing of tenants and the communities surrounding Radius homes, the Foundation has spent the past year focusing on three core priorities: economic empowerment, social inclusion, and environmental action.

These priorities translate into tangible initiatives: supporting people into employment and education, addressing poverty and hardship, creating opportunities for young people and older residents alike, reducing isolation, promoting digital inclusion, and investing in greener, healthier communities.

Through significant investment, the Foundation has delivered targeted programmes across childcare, family support, training, wellbeing, youth services, and community inclusion.

Notably, it has supported young adults living with learning disabilities and autism, ensuring that some of the most vulnerable members of society are not left behind.

The Foundation is shaping a future where tenants are supported, empowered, and connected.

The Gala Dinner was more than a celebration; it was a statement. It signals Radius Housing’s evolution from providing homes to becoming a catalyst for thriving communities.

With every pound raised, the Radius Foundation is expanding its impact across Northern Ireland, shaping a future where tenants are supported, empowered, and connected.

The Gala event was sponsored by Wilson Nesbitt, CTS, Gallagher Insurance, C365 Cloud, Geda Construction, INSEC and NEC.
