Radius Annual Review 2025/26

Together, we have delivered another successful year, continuing to invest in homes, communities and services while supporting customers through challenging economic conditions. 

As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, our focus remains unchanged: providing safe, affordable homes and helping people and communities thrive.

Staying focused on what we do best

Over the past year, we continued to build new homes, invest in our existing properties, strengthen our communities and support customers to sustain their tenancies and improve their wellbeing. We also modernised services and invested in our people and infrastructure to help meet future needs. By staying focused on our purpose and working together across the organisation, we have continued to make a positive difference to the lives of thousands of people across Northern Ireland.

Teamwork at the heart of Radius

Our success is built on people working together, listening to customers, embracing new ways of working and maintaining a shared focus on making a positive difference. The feedback from customers and staff, alongside achievements such as Platinum Tenant Participation and Customer Service Excellence accreditation, demonstrates the impact of this collective effort. Whether supporting customers, delivering services, building homes or strengthening communities, colleagues across Radius have worked together to make a real difference. 

Looking ahead

We remain focused on building on our strong foundations and preparing for the future. We will continue to invest in homes, services, technology and sustainability, while developing our next Corporate Plan to help shape the future direction of Radius.
