Radius Housing announced the implementation of Radius Direct Ltd, a new subsidiary formed in July 2025, to strengthen the delivery of maintenance and support services across our housing portfolio.

This development enhances our existing contractor partnerships while building additional in-house capability through a comprehensive multi-trade recruitment programme.

Radius Direct Ltd will increase capacity to deliver essential services including servicing, planned maintenance, minor works, and responsive repairs - supporting continued pressure across the social housing sector.

Key service priorities include:
