Radius Housing is charting a bold path forward, guided by a clear commitment to innovation, efficiency, and community impact. Our refreshed strategy focuses on protecting, enhancing, and growing our services to deliver meaningful improvements for the communities we serve.

At the heart of our plan is a drive to do more with existing resources - modernising operations, investing in people, and placing customer needs at the centre of everything we do. We're focused on automation, eliminating inefficiencies, and simplifying processes to ensure even our most vulnerable tenants can sustain their tenancies with confidence and dignity.

We’re also actively collaborating with key partners and tenants on systemic issues such as allocations reform and long-term sustainability, recognising the evolving challenges of building safe, thriving communities.
