The Radius Academy’s core purpose is to provide a learning pathway for people interested in starting a new career in Housing or Care and Support services.
As part of these initiatives, Radius staff are available to attend careers events throughout Northern Ireland by request, via the contact details at the bottom of this page, whereby they will be on-hand to provide information, guidance and support in relation to a potential future career with Radius.

Future Pathways School Partnerships
Radius Housing is building pathways into careers in housing with a new Schools Partnership Programme.
As part of their wider community engagement, Radius will be working with schools to provide information, guidance and up-skilling as part of careers advice to school children.
