The Radius Academy
The Radius Academy’s core purpose is to provide a learning pathway for people interested in starting a new career in Housing or Care and Support services.
The Academy also offers ongoing learning and development opportunities for all staff, with a focus on maximising personal and business performance and to support career progression at Radius Housing.
As part of these initiatives, Radius staff are available to attend careers events throughout Northern Ireland by request, via the contact details at the bottom of this page, whereby they will be on-hand to provide information, guidance and support in relation to a potential future career with Radius.

Higher Level Apprentice Programme
Launched at the start of 2024, we will be taking on our first cohort of IT, Finance and HR/Business Studies Apprenticeships in September 2024.
