Our Tenant Engagement Team organise walkabouts on our estates which our residents and tenants can join.

As part of our commitment to improving the quality of neighbourhoods where our tenants live, we host a programme of estate walkabouts throughout the year. The walkabouts – also known as estate inspections – involve walking around the estates where our homes are located, and identifying issues that might need to be tackled.

The walkabouts give our residents a chance to speak to their Housing and Asset's Officers to discuss issues about their neighbourhood or anything to do with their home or tenancy. Walkabouts usually last 1-2 hours depending on the size of your area.
