This project will see construction of 21 social rent homes, including a mix of houses, wheelchair accessible houses and apartments.

This 89 person scheme is being delivered via a Design & Build Agreement in partnership with developers GEDA Construction Company Ltd & GEDA Construction LLP.

Phase 2 is programmed for an on-site start in the 2026/27 financial year subject to planning approval and confirmation of funding.
