Cairndale Clean-Up

Staff from both our Housing and Property departments attended the Cairndale site to carry out a litter pick and garden tidy up. This follows on from the completion of Ã?¯Ã?»Ã?¿Helm spending in excess of £200k at Cairndale with works including a gas heating upgrade to over 40 flats, internal and external décor, window replacements and a roof refurbishment. Ã?¯Ã?»Ã?¿

The event was organised by Helm''s Asset & Procurement Manager, Leeann Vincent.  We were also joined by Jenny Williams, Chief Executive of Habitat For Humanity, and Joanne Gorman, the Tenants Champion for Cairndale, who is delighted with the progress made over the last six months.
