We're Recruiting for NEW Board Members

The Radius Board meets five times a year to review strategic issues and make key decisions for the Association. In between times, authority is delegated through a framework of subcommittees on more operational matters. Board Members are distributed between the committees depending on their skills and experience.

The role of Board Member for an organisation of this nature is both challenging and rewarding. It requires experienced executives who are committed to the purpose of Radius to make an important societal impact through its commitment to tenancy sustainability. Board Members will work to ensure that Radius does all it possibly can to alleviate poverty, protect its business, enable growth and expand its offering amid these times of increasing demand for its services. We have openings for board members with expertise and a recent track record in either housing development or building and estates management.

If you have the necessary qualities and experience and can demonstrate a commitment to our corporate values, we would like to hear from you. A full induction programme will be given to all successful applicants. Whilst positions are unremunerated, reasonable expenses will be paid. Radius is keen to accommodate all applicants, including those working and with personal commitments, and will regularly review how best to align the needs of members with the governance requirements of the business
