New Development Completed in Rathcoole

Helm Housing has completed the development of 8 two-bedroom apartments for Over 55s at 26-33 Deerfin Park, Rathcoole on Thursday 28th July 2016. The properties have obtained Secured by Design approval. It is expected the remaining 4 apartments to this phase will be completed in next few weeks.
Construction is also on-going at a nearby site within Rathcoole to develop the following properties:
10 x 3 person 2 bedroom houses
8 x 5 person 3 bedroom houses
It is anticipated the development of these properties will complete in September 2016.
