Fold Housing Association has launched a new corporate film which shows the diversity of their work across Northern Ireland.
Fold is the largest social enterprise in Northern Ireland, has 28,000 customers, 6000 homes, employs over 800 people and has a turnover of £40 million.
The film shows the range of housing tenures the Fold Group offer such as housing for families, sheltered housing for older people and 24 hour supported housing for people with dementia and learning disabilities. It also features their assistive technology in the form of TeleCare and TeleHealth, specialist assistance with home adaptions, floating support service and day care. It visits signature projects at Skeoge in Derry/Londonderry; the Village Area of South Belfast; Torrens, which has transformed a once challenging interface area of North Belfast. It looks to the future with the development of the former Visteon site, near Belfast, which will be a ground breaking housing development of 240 social, affordable and private homes, host 40,000 square feet of work space, community facilities, apprentice and employment schemes, set amid village greens and open leisure spaces.
