If you are aware of anti-social behaviour in your Radius neighbourhood, please let us know. We will strive to work with you, your neighbours and, where applicable, the police and other agencies to tackle the issue and prevent further ASB incidents.

Assault

An assault is when someone physically attacks you, or threatens to attack you. This is a criminal offence, and you need to report this to the PSNI immediately, you must also let them know if you are concerned about your safety.

Once you have reported it to the PSNI, please contact us with the crime reference number and the officer’s name. We will then contact them to agree the next steps with you and the PSNI.

Whilst you can make your report using our online ASB form, there may be a delay in picking up your report; therefore you may wish to contact us by phone instead.

Please ensure you provide with as much information to us as you can, this includes dates, times, location, witnesses of the incident. Once we have these details from you and the PSNI we can investigate this under our ASB Policy.

If you have a concern for your safety and feel you are unable to return to your address, you should let your Housing Officer know. You may be given advice including consideration of temporary accommodation with the NIHE.

We are committed to tackling anti-social behaviour. By working together we can prevent ASB and make your neighbourhood better for everyone.

We want to empower communities and ensure that your neighbourhood is a place that you love living.
