If you are aware of anti-social behaviour in your Radius neighbourhood, please let us know. We will strive to work with you, your neighbours and, where applicable, the police and other agencies to tackle the issue and prevent further ASB incidents.

Drunk / Loud Behaviour

Individuals or groups of people drinking alcohol together can sometimes lead to rowdy or disruptive behaviour. If the associated behaviour is of a criminal nature you need to report this to the PSNI immediately, you must also let them know if you are concerned about your safety.

Once you have reported it to the PSNI, please either contact us complete the online ASB form with the crime reference number and the officer’s name so we can make contact with them and work with them and agree the next steps with you and the PSNI.

If the behaviour has been ongoing, please complete our diary sheets with dates and times of the incidents and send these to us. You can do this by hand or by post. Please note, it may be quicker to do this electronically and attach them when completing the online ASB form.

We will review any information received in line with our ASB Policy and determine if a breach of tenancy has occurred. Your Housing Officer will keep you updated with any information you need to know about the incident you have reported and how we are progressing an investigation, if appropriate.

We are committed to tackling anti-social behaviour. By working together we can prevent ASB and make your neighbourhood better for everyone.

We want to empower communities and ensure that your neighbourhood is a place that you love living.
